Embrace Family Recovery Sibling Coaching Group

Siblings, I see you, and I want you to have the space you deserve to heal and gain a deeper understanding of this family disease.

I am so excited to begin the Embrace Family Recovery Sibling Coaching Group.

Are you the sibling of someone with the disease of addiction?

Have you struggled to find a place where you could share your story and find another sibling who has been on a similar journey?

Do you ever feel stuck in the middle or overlooked?

Have you held in your feelings, believing they are small compared to your sibling’s crisis?

Have you stifled your needs to avoid adding stress to your parents’ plate?

Have you felt resentment towards your sibling and or parents?

When I reflect on my decades of working with families of people with the disease of addiction, I have seen few siblings get the same resources provided to partners, parents, or even children. Numerous siblings have told me they felt they couldn’t share in a traditional Al-Anon or Nar-Anon meeting as the parents and partners’ pain was so great.

Can you relate?

If you are seeking a space where we will focus on your experience, where your story is the priority and a place where everyone in the room has had the sibling experience, this group is for you.

We will meet for eight sibling coaching sessions, including education on this no-fault family disease, connection with other siblings, and strategizing together regarding communication, boundary setting, and more.

Siblings, I see you, and I want you to have the space you deserve to heal and gain a deeper understanding of this family disease.
