Embrace Family Recovery Coaching Group

A group for anyone who loves someone with the disease of addiction

I am so excited to begin the Embrace Family Recovery Coaching Group for anyone who is navigating this tumultuous journey, which feels isolating, exhausting, frustrating, or is tired of worrying while fear dominates their life.

Do you want to gain insight into how this family disease is impacting you?

Join a community of people on the journey to connect with, gain resources and strategies to help you take actions that feel overwhelming, and have opportunities to learn from other talented people in the field of addiction, including myself.

The group format will be 90 minutes, virtual, two Wednesdays a month, starting with a topic, then a discussion related to it, and closing with a time for group members to share struggles in their current situation.
